Refund and Return Policy
- Services & Service Packages
No Refunds on Services: We do not offer refunds for any services that have been provided. If you are unhappy with your service please contact us and we will find an individualized solution with you.
Expiration on Service Packages: Packages purchased must be used within 1 year (12 months) from the date of the purchase. After 12 months, the package is no longer valid.
No Refunds on Service Packages: Service packages that have been purchased are non-refundable.
Exchanges on Unused Packages: Unused service packages may be exchanged for another package of equal or lesser value within 6 months of the original purchase date.
- Retail Products
Opened Products: Opened retail items may be returned within 90 days of the purchase date for an 80% refund.
Unopened Products: Unopened retail items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
Retail items included within a package are not eligible for a return.
- Additional Information
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Exchanges for unused service packages will be processed at the current price of the exchanged package.

- Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients’ needs. We need to set aside the right amount of time just for you! To ensure that we can offer appointment times to everyone, a fee of $50 will be charged for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute. The same fee is charged for no-show appointments.
