Real Aesthetics and Wellness

Real was started as Lush Aesthetic Bar LLC, by Leslie Schweitzer CRNA DNP as a sole provider offering concierge medical aesthetics in Manitowoc WI. Over the past 2 years we have grown because of the incredible support of our clients and rebranded as Real Aesthetics and Wellness in downtown Manitowoc. We strive to make our services accessible for everyone!

Dr. Leslie Schweiter, DNP, CRNA

Leslie is a doctorate prepared advanced practice nurse, specialized in anesthesia called a Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA). Did you know, CRNA’s are the primary anesthesia providers in the US? Leslie has learned a lot in Anesthesia, that has carried over into her aesthetic practice. Precision with needles is probably the top skill that has carried over from anesthesia to aesthetics, but aesthetics is more than just pokes! Leslie enjoys connecting with each person and focusing on their goals for treatment.

Becky Goessl

Becky is a co-owner of Real Aesthetics and Wellness! Becky found herself looking for solutions for wellness, weightloss and body countouring in 2020. She founded Impact Wellness Spa and after becoming friends with Leslie at Lush, the two founded Real Aesthetics and Wellness! Becky is known for her welcoming personality and finding a way to make anything work! Thanks for being here!

Natalie Weber Hamilton, RN, MSN

Natalie is a Master’s prepared RN with over 20 years of nursing experience. You may also recognize Natalie as the owner of graced and Kindred, two of Manitowoc’s boutiques. Natalie is passionate about helping clients achieve their health and beauty goals. Natalie most enjoys assisting clients with their weight loss journey supporting them through the process and celebrating as clients see results with the medical weight loss program.

Janine Lonzo, RN

Janine is a Registered nurse with experience in Surgery, Intensive Care, and Aesthetics! She is highly focused on education, technique, and client experience. Janine is passionate about helping you feel your best and making your experience wonderful!Janine’s 20+ year experience in the service industry and her personable conversation means your appointment with her is sure to be easygoing and comfortable. Janine’s goals are to make every aesthetics experience as pleasing as possible, and she aims to bring out the best version of every person through individualized care and treatment.

Stephanie is an RN with over 20 years of nursing experience. .Her nursing specialties have included NICU, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Oncology and Aesthetics! Stephanie enjoys connecting with patients, identifying their needs, and contributing to their sense of well-being.

Kelsey is a Registered Nurse at our Manitowoc location! Kelsey has been with our Spa Family since 2024. She is passionate about wellness and helping you feel great! Kelseys favorite service is IV therapy!

Mai Ge Vang, RN

Mai Ge is a mastered prepared nurse with 18+ years of experience in various areas of nursing! Mai Ge is the lead for our weightloss program with an emphasis on finding individualized solutions to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Mai Ge loves connecting with people and enjoy making you feel and look your best! Mai Ge takes virtual and in person appointments.

Kate Laubenstein, RN

Kate is a Registered Nurse with more than 18 years of experience in healthcare, with the last 11+ years spent working in various nursing roles. She has a passion for health and wellness, and loves to help and support clients during their weight loss journey. Kate is excited to work with new clients and help them achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals.

Ashley Beeman, RN

Ashley has been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years! She’s an excellent Labor and Delivery Nurse, and has a love for Aesthetic Nursing! Ashley primiarily works at our Sheboygan location, but as a Manitowoc native, she does come to Manitowoc as well! Ashley’s favorite service is Lip Filler!

Jen has been a Registered Nurse since 2011! Her background includes Obstetrics, Gastroenterology, Case Management and Aesthetics! Jen is passionate about helping you feel your best! Jen helped get our Sheboygan location off the ground, and has been with Real Aesthetics & Wellness ever since! Her favorite service is Liquid Silhouette Body Contouring!

Melinda is a well-loved Cryo specialist! Melinda is passionate about making you feel comfortable during your appointment. Melinda’s favorite service is our Cryo-Facial!

Theresa Wuestenhagen, RT

Theresa is a Cryo specialist & Laser Tech and a Registered Respiratory Therapist! By night, Theresa works with the neonatal team as a respiratory therapist, but she spends her days at the spa! Theresa loves laser treatments, and her favorite treatment is diode laser skin tightening!

Laura Shriver, Wellness Coach

Meet Laura! Laura has training as a drug and alcohol addiction counselor as well as dietary and wellness guidance! Laura found her passion as a wellness coach during her own struggle to find hormonal balance and weight management. Laura offers virtual services only.

Jill Retzlaff, Cryo specialist

Jill is a Cryo specialist who has been with Real Aesthetics and Wellness since we opened our Sheboygan location! Jill loves a good fountain Diet Coke! She’s a Manitowoc native, so you may catch her at our Manitowoc spa as well. You’ll love her warm personality as things get chilly in your cryo session!

Hannah Buth

Hannah is a licensed esthetician from Manitowoc! Hannah provides an excellent personalized custom or express facial treatment tailored to your needs with all medical grade products. Hannah loves personalizing her treatments to make them comfortable and effective!
